EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2013 our current SISC/Anthem Blue Cross
Prudent Buyer medical plan will be replaced with our New
SISC/Anthem Blue Cross PPO Prudent Buyer Incentive Plan.

We would like to invite you to attend one of our informational
meetings presented by SISC and the Foundation for Medical Care.
The meetings will be held in the Ed Center Auditorium on
Wednesday, February 13 at 4:45pm

and Thursday, February 14 at 3:30pm.
